The Fair is coming Back!

Today I Got some Excited News about Feburary's Party! As we know that January's Party is Prehistoric Party, Thanks to Polo Field. Many Penguin's complained(Including me) Club Penguin about no Fair this Year. Club Penguin listened to penguins and Now there will be a Fair(Not Fall Fair because its not fall :P) in Feburary 2014 and Its is confirmed by Spike Hike.
