Spy Phone Message from Jetpack Guy

While playing Card Jitsu, I got a Spy Phone message from Jet Pack Guy.

It says:

Crab-like footprints have been reported in the Wilds. We suspect they belong to Klutzy. It's difficult to trace them back to single location. We may need to bring in an expert.

 Awesome! I wonder whats Klutzy up to?
