The event most of us have been waiting for is FINALLY here! Monsters have taken over the island for the first ever Club Penguin Scare Games.
When you first log in a pop out screen will show asking you which fraternity or ’sorority’ you would like to join. Depending on which team you choose, you will receive a free cap! NOTE: You can get all of them so make sure to ‘Join’ all 4 teams.
Once you’ve chosen a fraternity it’s time to scare some penguins! Head over to ‘Monsters University’ (located at the Snow Forts) and make your way to the arena. Once you’re there, waddle towards the ‘Scare Challenge’ booth.

To get started, pick a fraternity you would like to play for to earn scare points…
Now here’s where the fun begins! The Scare Games are pretty easy to play, all you have to do is use your arrow keys to move forward/backward and space bar to jump.
Carefully make your way to the robot’s bed avoiding any obstacles on your way to scare it, but be quick! You only have a few seconds…
Once you’ve made it to the other side of the room and reached the red platform, hit the spacebar to scare them. It’s that easy! But be careful, you only have 3 lives.
As you continue to scare robots the challenges will get harder so just be aware of that. Once you quit the game or fail miserably 3 times (just kidding!), a pop-out message will show you how many points you’ve earned.
Using this points you can buy items off the party catalog. Check them out!
More items will be added every day so make sure to play daily.
